Payment Methods

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by advance bank transfer , credit card , prepaid cards , PayPal and Klarna .

1. BANK TRANSFER

For payment by advance bank transfer: 1.1. The order will be processed as soon as a copy of the bank statement is received via email, but the goods will be shipped only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank. 1.2. Payment must be made within 7 days of the order date. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. 1.3. 2. CREDIT or PREPAID CARD

For purchases of goods using a Credit Card/Prepaid Card payment method: 2.1. Upon completion of the online transaction, the relevant Bank will authorize the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made. The amount relating to the shipped goods will be charged to the Customer's card upon actual shipment of the goods. Accepted cards are all Visa and Mastercard. 2.2. In the event of order cancellation, either by the Customer or in the event of non-acceptance by Daniela Anselmi , the latter will request cancellation of the transaction and release of the committed amount. Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been invoiced. 2.3. Release times depend exclusively on the banking system and may take up to 20 days from the authorization date. 2.4. If the transaction is cancelled, Daniela Anselmi will not be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages caused by the delay in the release of the payment by the banking system. 2.5. 3. PAYPAL

For purchases made using PayPal: 3.1. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can make the payment using their account or card. 3.2. If the order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account or card used. At no point during the process will Daniela Anselmi be able to access the customer's financial information.

4. KLARNA

4.1. What is Klarna? It is a service that allows you to buy now and pay later or in installments, without additional interest for the consumer (unless otherwise specified by Klarna). 4.2. Procedure: By selecting Klarna at checkout, the customer can pay for the purchase in installments or after 30 days. Payments are managed directly through the Klarna app or website. 4.3. Security: Payment information is processed completely securely by Klarna systems and is not accessible to Daniela Anselmi .
