Delivery methods

The ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible, normally within 24-48 hours (excluding Saturdays and holidays); if this is not the case if possible, for example to temporary product cause mind exhausted , or if your data is incomplete, Daniela Anselmi will notify you by email or telephone.

It is not possible to request a specific delivery time, an appointment, or to be notified by the courier before delivery. If you are unable to receive your order at your home, please indicate an alternative address ( neighbor, concierge, workplace, relative, friend, etc.) where to make the delivery.

Delivery is made at street level. The name of the person or company entered on the order form must match consider exactly what is reported in the quote phone or bell.

Packaging and shipping are handled by Daniela Anselmi with the utmost care and attention, but if you are not satisfied with anything, please let us know promptly.

Shipping costs for all of Italy are €9.90 (plus a €4 cash on delivery fee, if available and chosen as the payment method). Shipping costs will be displayed in real time on the order form based on the shipping and payment methods selected, allowing for an immediate assessment of the total cost. For orders of €99.00 or more, shipping costs are paid by Daniela Anselmi ( excluding any cash on delivery fee).

www.danyallcreations.com is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier or due to force majeure. In the event of absence, or an incomplete or incorrect address, the order will be held at the courier's premises, and it will be possible to request a second delivery attempt or collect it in person within the timeframe established by the carrier (usually 7 days).

Invoicing: An order summary accompanies your shipment. An invoice will only be issued if you specifically request it when placing your order, providing all necessary information (VAT/Tax Code and SDI). Invoices will not be issued after your order has been shipped.
